The staff was excellent! We were greated with smiles everyday. We were given a room with a small balcony that overlooked St Charles St. Our room was cleaned daily and the coffee shop in the lobby was a big plus. The room was up to date with nice linens and a flat screen tv. Although the rooms are small in size, they are comfortable and clean. I cannot say enough about the staff. From the reception desk, to the bell hops, and security; everyone was kind and helpful. The location is PERFECT...right off the French Market and Bourbon street. We will definately stay at this hotel anytime we go to New Orleans!
The cable car woke us up everymorning at 6 am...but we wouldn't trade the wake up for a different location!

Staffs are friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
The room I lived didn't have good wifi reception, it's ok because i am not big internet people. But the wall was so thin that i can hear most of every thing happened in my next room.

Margaret
The rooms here are always spacious and newly furnished, complete with fresh towels, WiFi, and a comfortable king-size bed, and it's conveniently just a 16-minute drive from the airport in the vibrant French Quarter area.

It was a very clean hotel. And the location was excellent.
The room in which we were put in was not at all what I had expected for the price I paid. It was very apparent I was paying for the location. My air conditioning in my room made a very high pitched squeeling noise. Which was an extreme annoyance. Even after mentioning it to the front desk, nothing was done to try and fix it. The valet was also very unorganized. Checking in and ok. The wrong car was brought out to me after my 35 min wait. I was very displeased, and do not plan on using the Royal St Charles again.

We didnt get the room we reserved and they were trying to tell us that we got an upgrade, even though it was specifically what we did not want and they were inflexible about it...

Central location, next to Bourbon Street
Small room; hotel stuff looks overstressed, at the reception they are answering the phone, talking to (without even looking at you), and doing some other stuff. The guy responsible for parking the cars seems not to handle the situation well.

Nick
This place has a great location near Royal Street, with a super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, as well as coffee and an iron in the room.
